I have some products manufactured by this company in my baby shower and need to be reimbursed. (Sissy / baby blanket) I tried Wal-Mart and Zellers (not at all with them.)

I hate to tell you, but I think they ordered online, in which case you should ask the ERC. and / or return instructions. Or just go on and on with them if they do not want to hurt their feelings.
