When I drink any kind of coffee, whether instant or brewed, I feel dizzy and experience palpitations.Why? - what does palpitations feel like
I can eat the chocolate and cola, no nothing. But I wonder why I feel dizzy and experience heart palpitations if I drink coffee, in particular, whether with or without milk and cream.

Palpitations are terrible, I have too. This is a disorder of the heart that fails to their resting heart rate of return within the normal.
Caffeine is probably because all the things on your list, increase your motabalism and increases the heart rate (probably too quickly) and triggers heart palpitations that uses lots of air and makes you sick (because they breathe in the tariff rate) for the trip.
I recommend decaf.
It's super weird experience when it comes to first on the coffee. I remember the first time me and my brother tried coffee. Both became ill and had similar experiences as you. Well, drink coffee regularly and do not affect me so. You should consult a physician if you have the feeling of dizziness / palpitations seriously.
